Pure Mentality addresses a need in our community for accessible and affordable mental health support. We've made it our personal mission to create a safe space to support everyone who has the courage to ask for help. We believe that your mental health matters and that everyone should have barrier-free access to mental health support.
We provide holistic modalities such as reiki, mindfulness, yoga and meditation alongside therapeutic practices and continue to challenge the way our community looks at mental health treatments.
Our clients have access to a broad range of mental health professionals with unique skill sets, a therapy dog and a sliding scale to make sure your access to care is never limited.
You'll love your experience with us because we provide a unique approach to holistic mental wellness for all areas of your life, including mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health. Staffed with an integrated team that bring a plethora of knowledge from a variety of disciplines, we're certain that we can pair you with a therapist who understands exactly what you're going through.
We proudly offer quick access to care. When you choose to work with Pure Mentality, you'll be paired with a therapist within a week of your consultation.
A message from our founder, Erika Pozzuoli
Providing services at an affordable rate has been, and always will be my intention with Pure Mentality, as well as maintaining the highest standard of practice that encourages those who need it, to seek help.
I've drawn on my first-hand experience as both a client and a mental health professional to identify what our community needs and ensure those supports are available to them at Pure Mentality.

Our Values
We're creating a community that brings awareness and positive conversation to mental health. We provide a platform that supports mental wellness, mental health and self-care so that together we can encourage more people to seek support.
Our mission is to create open spaces to allow for conversations that will break the stigma surrounding mental health and access to services.
Our intention will always be to offer an affordable rate while maintaining a high standard of practice and holistic approach to care.
People who have the courage to ask for help need to be able to access it. That's why we have lowered the average wait time to access service from 3 months to 2 weeks with the goal of reducing wait times even further.
