My career has been in the mental health field working in nonprofits with specific experience providing grief support, family connection and specialized services for folks in the Indigenous community. I use a combined approach to therapy tailored to the needs of the people I work with. I favour Strength Based approaches and practice from a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive lens.
