Pure Mentality was built by a woman who spent years in non profit, recognizing the gap for quality and affordable mental health services in Windsor Essex.

Founder and Counsellor Erika Pozzuoli, as well as all practitioners, draw on their lived experience to better understand what other people need to heal, find peace, forgiveness and lightness in their lives. Pure Mentality is offering holistic mental health supports in Windsor-Essex serving children, youth and adults with a group of certified Social Workers, holistic healers, Child and Youth Care Practitioners, and post secondary students.

Our safe space allows people to own their stories, self-discover, and find healing. Pure Mentality is creating a community that celebrates mental health and the courage it takes to ask for help.
